Interest is coming in. Let’s make the next step easier to see.

Refresh Dental Care received 20 recorded enquiries across July and August: 12 in July and 8 in August. The advertising reports also show response, but clicks, call actions and landing-page views are different measures and should not be added to patient totals.

Of the 20 enquiry records, 2 have a Google Ads source label and 16 have no source label but were matched to Google Ads contact records. The remaining 2 are linked to calls through the practice’s tracking numbers. This source picture comes from matching contact records; it does not show how many new patients each channel brought in.

Contact records help trace where enquiries came from.
Two opportunities were labelled Google Ads in the enquiry system. Sixteen had blank source fields but matched Google Ads contact records; two were linked to calls through the practice’s tracking numbers. Adding the source when each enquiry arrives will make future reporting clearer.

Website activity was higher in August, alongside a site change.
Website analytics recorded 1,386 sessions in July and 2,131 in August. Paid social and direct were the largest reported channel groups. Because the website moved to a new build in mid-August, we will check tracking consistency before treating the difference as a like-for-like increase.

The next steps we can take together.

1
Make the enquiry-to-appointment path clearer.
Review follow-up and booking records with the clinic team, then update enquiry stages to reflect what happened after each enquiry. A New Lead label in the current snapshot does not tell us whether a patient booked or attended.
A clearer view of enquiries, bookings and patient care.
2
Capture enquiry sources when they arrive.
Add the source to each new enquiry record. Sixteen of the 20 records had no source label, even though matching contact records helped identify their likely origin.
More dependable channel comparisons.
3
Check website measurement after the move.
Confirm that website analytics tracking is consistent across the old and new site builds, then use the website data to guide the next landing-page and content decisions.
A more reliable view of website demand.
